Welcome to the Isaac Merrill House Inn!

Born and raised in a small town just south of Boston, Joe Trabulsie has been spending vacations here in the White Mountains his whole life.  From family trips to Storyland as a child, skiing and snowboarding with friends and family in his teenage years, and regular weekend getaways, North Conway had become his second home. In November of 2014, Joe purchased a home in Center Conway, NH, and made regular trips up north to work on the house.  Finally, in March of 2016, he was able to move to New Hampshire full-time.

Prior to making the transition up north, Joe became aware of a beautiful old inn for sale on Kearsarge Road in North Conway.  Immediately after the move, he began looking more and more into this 244 year old inn known as the Isaac Merrill House.  Fascinated with it’s history and charm, and the idea of running an inn in a town he spent so much of his life in, Joe got together with his Dad, also a New Hampshire resident, and together they purchased the Isaac Merrill House Inn.

A Note From The Innkeeper:

“It is truly an honor to be able to own and run such a beautiful piece of North Conway’s history.  This town has always been a huge part of my life, and I felt lucky just to be able to live here.  Now that I am fortunate enough to run an inn and host vacations for families, I feel like it’s a great opportunity to give back to an area that has given me so many great memories.  I am proud to be your innkeeper here at the Isaac Merrill House Inn, and I will do everything I can to make your stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible.”
